I meet my clients with authenticity. My name is Melanie Sudia. I have worked for nearly 10 years at the PHP/IOP level of care. I specialize in working with people who have faced trauma. I am experienced in depression, anxiety, personality disorders, relationship issues, minimal coping skills, low self-esteem, low motivation, and life transitions. I understand that one size does not fit all. I try to take an approach that fits you. I specialize in DBT, CBT, Attachment theory, and motivational interviewing. I am currently getting trained for first-level Internal Family Systems. At the end of the day, we are just humans. We make mistakes, we laugh, we cry, we avoid, and my dog barks during a session. I take a non-judgmental approach through it all. The fee for 60-minute individual therapy is $150. While I do not accept insurance, if you have a card for your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account, services can be paid for in that manner.
